Opened in April 2025 in Laredo, Texas, the new Police Museum chronicles the evolution of the city’s police force—from its humble beginnings as a single mounted officer equipped with his own horse and firearm to today’s department of nearly 700 officers utilizing state-of-the-art technology.

Despite a tight timeline and a modest budget, H2 Design created an experience that the department and community are deeply proud of — and so are we! At the heart of the museum is a solemn memorial honoring fallen officers, reflecting the profound respect for public service and the city’s rich heritage shaped by both Mexican and American traditions.
