Republic of the Rio Grande Museum

In Laredo, Texas, a few hundred feet from the U.S.-Mexican border, is this fabulous gem of a museum. This exhibition sits within the historic building that once served as the capital building for the Republic of the Rio Grande. The objectives for this project were two-fold: to share the story of the Republic and inspire visitors to think about their personal role in shaping contemporary history. To achieve this, H2 Design delivered interactivity, bi-lingual interpretation, oral histories, feedback stations, and multi-media
