Lowell National Historic Park & Boott Mills Museum

H2 developed an exhibition for the Boott Mills Museum in Lowell that immerses visitors in the history of the former textile factory.

During the design phase, H2's team innovated a number of entirely original and interactive exhibitions tailored to the clients interest for engagement and interpretation. These were tested through prototyping, and front-end formative audience research. This data in turn, refined the design of all bi-lingual graphics, puzzles, mechanical elements, exhibit structures and interactive audio & multi-media.

The final products were built entirely in-house and were installed by our team in 2023. This was a design-build contract where we served as the prime for the National Park Service.
